What is the worth of 1 Qantas Frequent Flyer point, and how to get the best value out of it?

The redeeming value of Qantas Frequent Flyer points is higher if redeemed for Business Class Rewards and I found them to be averaging around ~1.9 cents per point for Domestic flights in Australia. You can also redeem your Qantas points to get a Jetstar flight ticket, and its redemption value was found to be averaging around ~1.5 cents per point.
